Returns must be initiated within 7 (seven) days of the delivery date.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at customer support@uscreativefy.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the product back to our designated return address [include address].
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

3. Defective or Incorrect Products:

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 3 (three) days of receiving the item.
We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of defective or incorrect products.

4. Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 5 (five) business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.

6. Exchanges:

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. Customers can return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee of 25% may apply to returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria or are outside the specified return period.
